  • Includes a personalized training plan to meet the desired goal or event of the athlete.

  • Training plan released bi-weekly via Training Peaks

  • Unlimited adjustments to your program based on fitness development and or because life happens.

  • Race-day strategy: gear consulting, nutrition awareness, and course breakdown (this includes being present for crew meetings).

  • Daily communication via email or text includes weekends, too (response time within 24 hours).

  • Weekly Check-ins via zoom or phone; training discussions and feedback
