Training plan released bi-weekly via Training Peaks
Unlimited adjustments to your program based on fitness development and or because life happens.
Race-day strategy: gear consulting, nutrition awareness, and course breakdown (this includes being present for crew meetings).
Daily communication via email or text includes weekends, too (response time within 24 hours).
Weekly Check-ins via zoom or phone; training discussions and feedback
